contains stratum reteculosum which

work properly so that there is no proper melanin pigment. When this functions at
low level that is hypo secretion causes deficiency leads to leucoderma that is white skin. When these cells work at
high level cause hyper function leading to excessive secretion
leading to excessive level of melanin causing blackness called as melanosis black pigmentation .
